Change NEW with POPULAR members

After login my site with a standard template there ist a tab where you can switch between "New" and "Popular" members.

Factory setting is showing popular members first. Now i want to change this feature to show NEW MEMBERS FIRST - but cannot find the code where to do this. Can anybody help me please.

Display Age correctly

When the user key in their Date of Birth when they register, their date of birth will be showed in their profile but i also want their age to be calculated and be displayed in their profile E.g. if user keys in date of birth: 1 Jan 1987 then it should display Age: 24

Right now by default in the system, the "Age" Custom field is there for the Quick Search option. And I have added a "Date of Birth" custom field as well.

I would like a picture to appear e.g. (Our Logo) under "New members" in main page when people register even if users have not uploaded a picture. How do I do that?
